The Practice of Integration:

a conversation about the meaning of “yoga” and the purpose of human life

Saturday, February 16th, 6:00pm

A Church, Salida

419 D Street

In this short talk, guided experience and opportunity for dialogue, Chanda shares the root of her inspiration for dedicating her life to the study and practice of yoga. This ancient science and art of living (6,000+ years old) eloquently describes the conundrum of human nature and articulates a system for realizing what our purpose is and how to fulfill it. We tend to think of yoga as stretching, breathing or chanting. But in actuality, yoga is far more than the tools it is popularly known by. In essence, yogic teachings are a map of human development that reveals our innate capacity to transcend conflict and step into integrity, right now. Seen in this light, understanding and application of yoga is more relevant and called-for than ever before.
