Individual sessions are an opportunity to enhance your health by receiving individual instruction, facilitated practice, hands-on guidance, therapeutic bodywork, and by partaking in dialogue and self-inquiry.
I offer individual session both in-person as well as at-a-distance via Zoom Video Conference. Both have their advantages.
In-person sessions allow for hands-on support. Truly, there is no substitute for live, in-person interaction.
Distance sessions place more accountability in your hands to implement and explore what we discuss and practice. Distance sessions also allow you to receive deep teachings in the comfort of your own home—or wherever you may be—and integrate them into your life.

I will share with you clear definitions for health as well as the purpose of life and ancient wisdom that speaks directly to the human condition, our challenges, suffering, and potential. I will tailor recommendations to you, instruct and empower you to use tools and techniques, and serve as an accountability partner to help you align your daily actions in ways that serve your health. Our work is to remove the obstructions to healing and create conditions for health to arise.
