Thai Yoga is a combination of work on the body's sen lines (vital energy pathways) to facilitate free flow of lymph, blood, and vitality in the body, with an assisted yogasana (posture) practice to decompress joints, release soft tissue tension, and facilitate a sense of peace and embodied joy. If you are a yoga practitioner, this work can support your practice and accelerate your progress. If you know you need to take care of your body but don't know where to start, this is a wonderful experience that will give you a glimpse of the bliss of yoga. If you are an athlete, this work can help you release chronic holding that is limiting your performance as well as clear old injuries and prepare you to take full advantage of your physical training.
