Solstice Morning Practice

A gently guided, deeply grounding two-hour practice will be our a time to move, breathe, reflect, and realign as we transition through the darkest point of the year with intention and embodied presence.

We’ll harness of the power of group energy to mobilize and release what we’re ready to let go, charge ourselves with vitality, rest deep into silence, and ignite our seeds of heartfelt intent for the coming cycle.

In this class, Chanda guides you through breath and mindful movement to dissolve tension, awaken vitality, and balance the mind. Each session unfolds as a journey, clearing pathways for life energy to flow freely. The practice settles into deep integration, supported by Yogic and Tantric techniques of systematic relaxation and therapeutic Tibetan bowls. Rest into the oceanic stillness from which meditation naturally arises. Leave feeling renewed in strength, well-being, and inner peace.

Primordial Sound Meditation

An ancient Vedic text called the Mandukya Upanishad lays out a terse, mysterious, encoded teaching on the symbol representing the primordial vibration of the universe, AUM.

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali describe a pathway of practice to achieve Self-realization through chanting the primordial sound.

While working with the Tibetan Tones Giant Bowls, I received inspiration to create this practice.

We visit the teachings on AUM very briefly for context, prepare the body with movement, breath and sounding, then chant together. We are supported in this practice by the deep, resonant voice of a Tibetan Tones therapeutic-quality Giant Bowl. The practice is structured and timed to guide us from mind into body, from body into breath and sound, and from vibration into the silent Source. Lend your voice and your presence to the collective. Together let’s attune to who we truly are.
